The chevron simulator will allow you to interactively simulate a chevron plot by adjusting the microscopic rates, m-values, optical properties and equilibrium population of each specie using sliders. The calculated observables (rates and amplitudes) can be overlaid on experimental data, which you can import into the program.
This is not quite as rigorous as a global fit but it’s handy for testing ideas (and in most cases gets you as close to the answer as the global fit). The plots will continually update. There is also an option to switch the plotting from lifetimes to rates. I think the Matthews lab is the only group that plots chevrons using lifetimes 🙂
