MEM for Anisotropy

Labview based MEM routine for time-resolved anisotropy data.  The idea behind this is that 2DMEM Laplace inversion can be applied to anisotropy data as well as to time-resolved FRET data.  One of the dimensions is still the excited state relaxation rate distribution for the excited fluorophore. The second dimension is, however, the correlation rate of the fluorophore.  The correlation rate (or time) is provided as a distribution of rates and the maximum entropy criterion is used to optimize this for a data set consisting of a vertically and a horizontally polarized excited state decay, which are analyzed globally.  Sample data is included in the directory of the Dropbox link. Download for Mac OS X here.
